Project 3

Quick Alert -

Project Overview
Quick Alert is a company-level crisis management app designed for moments when clarity and speed are critical. In high-stress situations, users must instantly understand alerts and take the right action without hesitation. A clear, simple, and accessible UI minimizes confusion, prevents costly errors, and enables fast, confident responses. In this context, UI is not just about visual appeal—it directly influences safety, trust, and effective decision-making during emergencies.
Mission
Problem Statement:
During critical situations, companies often face delayed communication, scattered information, and confusion among employees. The absence of a centralized, real-time alert system makes it difficult for Crisis Management Leads (CML) to quickly inform, guide, and protect employees during emergencies.

Solution:
QuickAlert is a dedicated crisis alert mobile app designed for instant communication during emergencies. It enables CML teams to broadcast real-time alerts, safety instructions, location-based notifications, and verified updates through a single, secure platform—ensuring that every employee receives the right information at the right time.
User research interviews and stakeholder discussions were conducted to understand real-world crisis communication needs. Based on insights, I created rough sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and then high-fidelity wireframes. The final UI was designed and handed off to developers with detailed specifications for smooth implementation.
